Mallorca is the ever-popular star of the Mediterranean, thanks to its gorgeous beaches, turquoise seas and remote hilltop towns. Join a small group of like-minded Yogis for five life-changing days of Yoga, Food and Island Exploration  on this spectacular island. 

We begin each day with an outdoor Vinyasa Yoga practice – expect to move, sweat and even dance! A light, nutrient-packed breakfast will follow on the terrace. Then, you will be free to spend the rest of the day as you wish: go west for dramatic cliffs and beaches, north for breath-taking hikes. Discover a deserted cove on the east side of the island or snorkel the white beaches of the south. Nestled into the mountains near Randa, our finca is within easy reach of Palma, but central enough to give you full access to the entire stunning island. 

We gather again at sunset for a delicious, stretchy Yin Yoga class. As the evening begins, we will explore various local restaurants, indulging in locally-grown wine, and a mixture of traditional Mallorcan and Mediterranean Nouvelle cuisine. 

Other not-to-be-missed activities on the island are: the Palma Catedral, the road to Sa Calobra, the Plata des Coll Baix, the village of Deià and the heritage train to Sóller!

You will need to book your own flight.  If you want to be independent we suggest you rent a car either alone or with fellow Yogi (we can put you in touch with each other). The evening food experience is organized but not included.


Niki, founder of Java Yoga, received her 200 hour yoga teacher training in Philadelphia in 2002.  She has since completed an 80 hour training in Hot Yoga and a 36 hour training in Restorative Yoga in Vancouver.
Rooted in an enquiry-based style and operating from the new paradigm of BioTensegrity, Niki invites students to be deeply present and explore the daily needs of their evolving bodies.  Traditional Vijñana Yoga postures (with variation for all levels) are interspersed with Myso-fascial Manipulation, Tensegrity sequences, dance moves and Pilates. All movement is centered around the breath. Niki is heavily influenced (and occasionally overcome) by Vijñana and Kundalini Yoga, Zen Meditation, Somatics, Burlesque Dance, and Myo-Fascial Manipulation. It is her goal to assist students in ultimately becoming their own teachers.
