This exercise, the Circle of Life, will help you to discover which area(s) of your life needs your attention at the moment.

The Circle of Life has 12 sections. A dot placed at the center of the circle indicates dissatisfaction, while a dot placed on the periphery indicates happiness. Look at each section and place a dot which represents this specific area for you.

When you have placed a dot on each area, connect the dots to see your circle of life.

You will have a clear visual and a starting point for determining where you may wish to spend more time and energy to create balance and joy in your life.

Don’t think about it too much, go with your first intuition and be very honest. 

Once you established the area or areas that you would like to focus on think of 2 things that you can implement today that will bring you closer to your dreams and start doing them every day.

Some examples: 
look for an art class, experiment with new recipes, see new creative ways to solve challenges at work

Home Environment
Cleaning up your closet, re-arranging the furniture, redecorating or maybe even look for a new place because your living situation is not what makes you truly happy
