This fall 2017 the well favoured Bernese Yoga Festival is taking place for the 4th time. From September 15th to 17th we will meet for many beautiful experiences, to practice Yoga-asana, to refine pranayama and dive into meditation. We can expect a weekend filled with inspiration, moments of awakening and much Love!

A large attendance of wonderful and experienced Yoga teachers from all corners of Switzerland, Europe and farther away are looking forward to practice with you! We will learn, celebrate, play and enjoy our gathering wholly in the sense of
«Yoga» (connection, union) and in the Bernese spirit – uncomplicated, authentic and from the heart.

Im Herbst 2017 findet das beliebte Berner Yoga Festival in der vierten Ausführung statt. Vom 15. bis 17. September treffen wir uns für viele, schöne Erlebnisse, üben Yoga-Asana, verfeinern Pranayama und tauchen ein in die Meditation. Es erwartet uns ein Wochenende voller Inspiration, Momente des Erwachens und viu Liebi!

Zahlreiche wunderbare und erfahrene Yoga-LehrerInnen aus allen Ecken der Schweiz, Europa und von weiter her freuen sich 2017 mit dabei zu sein! Wir lernen, feiern, spielen und geniessen das Zusammensein ganz im Sinne von «Yoga» (Verbindung, Vereinigung) und im Berner Spirit – unkompliziert, authentisch und von Herzen.

Learn and experience the benefits and different uses of essential oils by a hands-on introduction to certified pure, therapeutic grade essential oils. We will discuss why essential oils are a powerful tool for your health, how they work and how you can incorporate them into your healthy lifestyle.

You will learn the 3 ways essential oils can be used and how they can help you on a physical, mental and emotional level. We will go over specific ways to boost your immune system, lift your spirits, help you sleep, alleviate head-, muscle- and stomach-aches and much more.

Much like yoga, essential oils aim to support the well-being of the body, mind and soul. They provide a true healing tool as they affect us on a conscious and subconscious level. With incorporating some Kundalini exercises and mediation, you will experience how the combination of yoga and essential oils can alter your emotional and mental state as well as how your entire body will benefit.

Kundalini is an energetic, strong and effective form of yoga. It stimulates the nervous-, glandular- and immune system and brings the body, mind and soul into balance.
