Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic, powerful and effective form of yoga that stimulates the nervous system, glandular system and the immune system as it centres the mind and opens the spirit. Benefits include weight control, relief from stress and insomnia, enhanced creativity, lymphatic cleansing, liver detoxification, balancing the heart and mind, and developing will-power.

Hatha Flow strengthens, stretches, tones and relaxes the body and mind while synchronizing breath with movement. Hatha yoga is the classical form of yoga postures and breathing that revitalizes the body physically and mentally. It is an uplifting practice that increases muscle tone, improves flexibility and concentration, detoxifies the vital organs and allows you to experience a state of deep relaxation.

 

Restorative Yoga is a gentle class focusing on breathing, relaxation, gentle movements, and supported poses. The slow pace is the perfect remedy to a stressful daily life. Restorative Yoga helps lower blood pressure and heart rate, increase flexibility, improve sleep and to create a balanced and grounded feeling.

Wholelicious Yoga

Yogalates is a creative fusion of Pilates and Yoga building strength, stamina, stability and flexibility with particular focus on the deeper abdominal muscles. These muscles are crucial to protect the spine against injury, support the internal organs and foster pelvic and spinal awareness to promote good posture. In addition Yogalates creates a connection with the self to soothe the nervous system, release stress, aid relaxation and instill inner calm and overall wellbeing.

 

Vijñāna Yoga focuses on the skeletal lines and to find true alignment. The extensive practice of pranayama utilizes the natural breath in a unique way. Vijñāna helps quieting the mind, rooting, connecting, breathing and elongating. Benefits of this practice include improved body awareness, physical fitness, enhanced mental clarity, greater self understanding, stress control and general well being
